What's a Himalayan trip without some masala in it?!

So B sent an sms sometime back that said: I cant make it for phase 2 too many issues my main guy is leaving he tells me now also money stealing is happening....

So that's that - it's now me and the Bull again. :-) It makes the trip more amusing and increases the risk quotient. I can't stop thinking about punctures in Himalayas! Munish advised me to rent a satellite phone so I don't get stranded. Amusing. I've been so busy with work stuff that I've not done much planning this time but I guess I'll have to do some more home work and be more prepared within the next 48 hours. The fun part is I'm leaving for Delhi day after early morning. Parashuram just brought me tea and cookies (he just can't give me 2 when I asked him only for 2!). I also posted details of my trip on the Enfield website to check if there's someone going but I doubt very much it'll work out (half of me, doesn't want it to work out). Actually in some ways I find this more interesting because it increases the challenge element and stretches the boundaries of mental tolerance for risk a wee-bit more and this'll reflect in other aspects - all this I like. But again am not the first guy to do this ride alone and neither will be the last. But I'll never be 32.5 again so I gotta go, I gotta go, I gotta go.
